- Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM
Role Summary
We’re hiring a Performance Creative Editor to craft high-converting, viral ad creatives for platforms like Meta (Facebook / Instagram Reels) and TikTok . You’ll transform diverse input footage into fast-cut, thumb-stopping 30–60 second ads and VSLs that drive engagement and sales.
This isn’t traditional cinematic editing — it’s data-driven storytelling built for performance and scale.
You’ll thrive here if you love testing creative angles, finding new hooks, and bringing brand energy to life in seconds.

Responsibilities
Edit direct-response ads with rapid pacing, pattern breaks, and punchy CTAsBuild clear narratives from diverse clips : problem → agitate → solve → proof → offerDesign motion graphics to sharpen messages and improve retentionAdd subtitles, SFX, and memes for engagement; follow platform specsIterate quickly based on feedback and performance dataMust-Haves
1–3 years editing paid-social ads (Meta / TikTok) — portfolio requiredStrong skills in video editing and motion graphics (similar to listed references)Understanding of direct-response principles : hooks, pacing, offers, CTAsTools : Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve (preferred) or Final Cut / CapCut + After EffectsFast turnaround , creativity, and excellent file organizationNice-to-Haves
