Job Description :

The Finance team is an integral part of any business. At Mudrex, they’re more than just an important part of the business — they’re our backbone. As we expand in India and Globally we require champions who can help us build and scale the finance team. Our financial people support all areas of the company and assess the financial implications of various key strategic decisions and growth opportunities all day long. We are looking for a Head of Finance and you will head all finance operations, reporting, accounting, and auditing with a team of smart and driven individuals.

What you’ll do here at Mudrex :

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to monitor performance and guide strategic decision-making.

Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks associated with Crypto products and services.

Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounting team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to deliver high-quality support.

Lead  monthly financial close process for the Client Flows portfolio, ensuring all accounting and reconciliations are completed within deadline.

Oversee the financial reporting (consolidated and standalone) to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting for key processes and products.

Deliver process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our accounting, reconciliation, and overall control environment.

Automate financial processes, enhance data analysis, and create innovative financial solutionsSupport the group and legal entity audits of the company, along with tax laws and other regulatory compliances.

Collaborate with various teams on the launch of new products and markets, providing accounting advice and implementation support.

Oversight of comprehensive banking operations to ensure smooth financial transactions.

Run audits, transaction reconciliation and reporting for our India and Global Business.

Collaborate with consultants to fulfill regulatory obligations efficiently.

Ensure the organization's adherence to all legal requirements and staying current with regulatory changes.

Ensure accuracy of payroll processes and workings.

What we are looking for in you :

A degree in finance or economics or any relevant accounting qualification.

15+ years of experience in finance and controlling functions.

Team management experience.

Excellent accounting knowledge, with proven experience with IFRS and consolidated financial reporting.

Structural and logical approach to solving problems.

Strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude.

Experience within a fast-growing organisation.

Great motivation and focus on delivery.

Experience in financial services, ideally in fintech and / or payment sectors.
