About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation, capable of managing a diverse portfolio of projects including CRM and ERP implementations, data analytics solutions, and custom software development. This is a hands-on role for a leader who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple technology projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to deployment and post-launch support.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage and oversee project execution for diverse initiatives, including ERP / CRM system integrations, business intelligence and analytics platforms, and bespoke software applications.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams, translating business needs into detailed technical requirements.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, while being adept at applying hybrid or Waterfall methodologies where appropriate.
• Monitor project progress using key metrics and prepare regular status reports for senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the technical architecture and strategy.
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
