Job Title : Student Success Team Associate (SST Associate)

Location : PhysicsWallah Vidyapeeth, Maharashtra (Pune - Viman Nagar & Kothrud, Akola)

Position Type : Full-Time, 6 days working (On-site)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Student Success Team Associate (SST Associate) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting students, addressing their queries, and ensuring that their academic needs are met. You will act as a key point of contact for students, assisting them with their academic journey and maintaining data related to student interactions. Your efforts will play a crucial role in enhancing the student experience and ensuring their success at PhysicsWallah Vidyapeeth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the first point of contact for students, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Provide support for students’ academic requirements and assist them in navigating the learning process.
  • Undertake and resolve any student queries related to courses, materials, or administrative processes.
  • Ensure that students receive the necessary assistance for a seamless academic experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, feedback, and data.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve the student experience and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with students to track progress and ensure continuous support.
  • Assist in managing and organizing student data, ensuring it is properly stored and handled according to company protocols.
  • Ensure timely and efficient communication with students, both in person and through other channels.
  • Work closely with the academic team to provide students with relevant information regarding schedules, materials, and course progress.
  • Contribute to improving the overall student success strategy by identifying challenges and recommending solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle student queries with patience and empathy.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping students succeed.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or customer support is a plus.

  • Full-time role with a 6-day working schedule (On-site).
  • Job locations : Pune (Viman Nagar & Kothrud) and Akola, Maharashtra.
