Sugar CTRM SME

to lead functional design, customer engagements, and end-to-end implementations for global clients.

If you have worked on

commodity trading systems

and understand the full trade lifecycle, this opportunity is ideal for you.

What You’ll Do

Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design

Serve as the domain expert for

Sugar procurement, physical contracts, pricing, logistics, and risk

Configure and validate CTRM workflows across all stages of the trade lifecycle

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and global client teams

Provide domain insights to enhance product capabilities

Drive UAT, training, integration discussions, and go-live

What We’re Looking For

8–20+ years

of experience in Sugar trading, procurement, or commodity risk

Strong hands-on exposure to any

CTRM / ETRM platform

Excellent understanding of :

Pricing structures : futures, basis, differential, premiums

Hedging, exposure management, and MTM

Logistics, shipping, documentation, and quality workflows

Strong consulting and communication skills

Experience working with global stakeholders
