Senior Recruiter – Powai, Mumbai

About the Role :

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to drive hiring across both technical and non-technical roles for our next phase of growth. This is a high-impact position where you’ll collaborate directly with the founding team and business leaders to shape a world-class talent function.

What You’ll Do :

Lead end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles, from junior to leadership levels.

Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define strategies.

Build and manage partnerships with recruitment agencies while also driving direct sourcing.

Own the entire hiring lifecycle — from sourcing to offer stage — ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Track and report hiring metrics, using data to inform decisions and improve processes.

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience as an internal or external recruiter for product-based organizations.

Strong track record of closing both business and technical roles.

Data-driven approach with the ability to move quickly and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.

Way of Working :

5 days a week from office (Powai, Mumbai)
