Position Overview
The company is seeking a LinkedIn Professional to manage and elevate its presence across LinkedIn platforms, including corporate and business pages. This role focuses on strategic content management, engagement growth, professional networking, and B2B lead generation to enhance the company’s global visibility and digital reputation.
The ideal candidate will serve as the digital brand voice on LinkedIn—delivering premium, consistent, and business-oriented communication that aligns with the company’s marketing and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Page & Profile Management
Manage and maintain all official LinkedIn pages for the company and its business verticals.
Ensure consistent posting, tone, and representation aligned with the brand identity.
Regularly update profiles, milestones, and product or service information.
2. Content Planning & Publishing
Develop and implement monthly LinkedIn content calendars in collaboration with content, design, and marketing teams.
Draft and publish engaging posts, thought-leadership articles, and updates for brand achievements, product launches, and CSR activities.
Optimize hashtags, scheduling, and audience targeting for maximum reach and engagement.
3. Lead Generation & Networking
Identify and connect with potential B2B clients, partners, and stakeholders in relevant industries.
Execute targeted outreach and InMail campaigns to generate quality leads.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to nurture and convert leads into opportunities.
4. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track engagement, impressions, follower growth, and campaign performance.
Prepare monthly reports on audience insights and campaign ROI.
Recommend data-driven improvements for enhanced visibility and effectiveness.
5. Brand Communication & Engagement
Engage actively with industry posts, discussions, and professional networks to strengthen brand presence.
Manage corporate greetings, milestone posts, and festive messages with a professional and luxury tone.
Maintain consistency, clarity, and quality in all LinkedIn communications.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Communication, or related field.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, analytics tools, and CRM integration.
Strong understanding of social media trends, B2B marketing, and lead-generation strategies.
