Sigmatic is building the first  AI-native operating system for Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs)  — combining multimodal AI, Vision AI, financial intelligence, and real-time workflow automation to transform how surgical centers operate.

Role Description

We are hiring  multiple Senior Full Stack Engineers  who can build  end-to-end features  across frontend, backend, and data layers with speed and precision.

We are ONLY looking for :

Offshore engineers

With 8+ years experience

Strong in BOTH frontend (React / Next.js) and backend (Node.js)

Strong PostgreSQL experience

Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure startup environments

If you don’t like frontend work or prefer backend-only — this role is not a fit.

Responsibilities also include guiding the team through complex technical challenges, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining high standards in product quality and performance.

Qualifications

8+ years+  professional engineering experience (required)

Strong history building production-grade SaaS products

Experience in  healthcare tech  strongly preferred

Experience with  financial or analytics dashboards  is a plus

Frontend

Expert-level proficiency in  React.js / Next.js

Strong component architecture

Ability to translate PRDs + wireframes into functioning UI

Comfortable working closely with Product

Backend

Node.js expertise is mandatory

Building scalable REST APIs

Authentication, RBAC, middlewares

Error handling, logging, performance tuning

Database

PostgreSQL expertise

Query optimization

Schema design

Migrations

Data modeling

These will put your application at the top of the list :

Python for AI / ML

Computer Vision (OpenCV, YOLO, etc.)

OCR / Document AI

LLM-based extractions or pipelines

Data engineering / ETL

AWS / Azure deployments

Healthcare integrations (FHIR, HL7, EHR APIs)

If you have  AI + full stack + healthcare , you are an ideal candidate.

Responsibilities

Build full-stack features end-to-end

Work side-by-side with product to convert PRDs into production code

Build scalable backend services in Node.js

Develop clean UIs in React / Next.js

Collaborate with data engineering for KPI dashboards

Participate in sprint planning, demos, and code reviews

Ensure code quality, testing, reliability

Take ownership of features from concept → deployment
