Job Description :
- Identify and engage prospective customers across target verticals such as Healthcare, Industrial / Manufacturing, IoT, Semiconductors, and Enterprise.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to craft customized solution pitches and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with Sequoia's product engineering service offerings and accelerators.
- Build and nurture long-term, trusted customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain a structured and active sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership.
- Support marketing-led initiatives such as events, webinars, and LinkedIn campaigns to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to strengthen Sequoia's market positioning.
Required Skills & Experience :
5–8 years of experience in Product Engineering Services sales, preferably in embedded systems, IoT, Cloud / DevOps, or AI / ML domains.Proven track record of new customer acquisition and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.Strong business acumen with the ability to identify customer challenges and align them with relevant technology-driven solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience engaging senior decision-makers.Hands-on experience in proposal management, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.Proficiency in CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred.Highly motivated self-starter with a hunter mindset and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Skills Required
