Job Description

Diecasting Operation : Operate and monitor pressure die casting machines to produce highprecision metal components. Ensure that the equipment is running efficiently and producing parts that meet quality specifications.

Machine Setup & Adjustment : Set up die casting machines by ensuring correct mold placement proper alignment and the right metal alloy and temperature settings.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance : Identify and resolve issues with the die casting machines and molds. Perform preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and tools to minimize downtime.

Production Records : Maintain accurate production logs including data on materials used machine settings production rates and any issues encountered during the shift.

Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety guidelines when handling machinery and molten metal.
