- Experience : 5 - 10 years of experience in business development or B2B sales within a service-based IT, software, or digital solutions company.
- Proven Track Record : Demonstrable success in closing medium to large-scale Indian projects (B2B or institutional).
- Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of project-based sales cycles, outsourcing models, and solution-driven engagements.
Skills & Competencies :
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, along with fluency in at least one regional language (e.g., Bengali, Kannada, Tamil, Marathi, or Telugu).Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.Ability to travel frequently across cities for client meetings and industry events.High level of self-motivation, accountability, and target orientation.Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools.Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage effectively with CXOs, procurement heads, and decision-makers.Preferred Attributes :
