Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant based in Pune. The role involves managing and overseeing financial processes, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial reports, and providing strategic financial guidance. Responsibilities include auditing, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, budgeting, and advising on cost-saving measures. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial performance and provide expert insights for business decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a background in financial reporting and auditing
• In-depth knowledge of taxation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Expertise in budgeting, cost management, and financial strategy
• Proficiency in accounting tools and software, with excellent numerical and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
• Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory
• Experience in a similar role or within the financial services industry is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Pune and manage responsibilities effectively
• must have two years post qualification experiance
