Package consultant- SAP SCM (C2H) - 8 positions

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP PM / EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of standard EAM processes and proven expertise in delivering RICEFW objects to drive efficient asset maintenance and management across the organization.

• Key Responsibilities Independently handle minor and major issues / enhancements within SAP PM / EAM modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical and functional) to resolve issues and deliver business solutions.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and interact directly with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Support implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP PM functionalities.
• Deliver RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) within defined timelines and standards.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with organizational and customer objectives.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of maintenance and project tasks.
• Mandatory Skills Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP PM (EAM) implementation, support, or enhancement.
• Strong expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes.
• Proven, hands-on experience with RICEFW design and delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to meet project goals and client expectations.
• Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills Familiarity with SAP MM (Materials Management) or EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) modules.
• Understanding of technical analysis and integration points across modules.
• SAP HANA certification will be an added advantage.
