Finance Buddha is looking for a Business Manager to drive growth, manage partner funnels, and strengthen key relationships.

If you have 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, key accounts, or biz dev (fintech is a plus!) and love taking ownership + solving problems with data -we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for driving and expanding Finbud's business in Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loans, and Credit Cards. Your role will focus on building, managing, and scaling partnerships with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.

• Lead new partnership discussions and onboard lenders to the platform.
• Nurture and grow existing relationships by identifying opportunities for scaling business volumes.
• Understand market dynamics and design partnership strategies that align with lender needs.
• Collaborate internally with marketing, product, tech and data teams to optimize campaigns, reporting, and lead flow.
• Work at the intersection of business growth and operational efficiency, balancing front-end relationship management with backend data, reporting and analysis.
