We are seeking a skilled and dynamic ServiceNow Consultant to join our team, with expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and SAM.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring that they meet business requirements and help enhance overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • ServiceNow Implementation & Configuration : Lead and assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and SAM modules.
  • Customization & Integration : Customize ServiceNow modules to meet client-specific needs. Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and platforms.
  • Solution Design & Architecture : Provide best practices for solution design and ensure alignment with the business requirements and overall IT strategy.
  • Incident, Problem & Change Management : Configure and optimize ITSM processes such as incident management, problem management, change management, and service request management.
  • Asset & Configuration Management : Set up and maintain ITOM and SAM modules, ensuring proper management of IT assets and configuration items across the enterprise.
  • Automation & Optimization : Implement ServiceNow automation capabilities to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting & Support : Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for ServiceNow instances.
  • Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, workflows, and process configurations.
  • Training & Mentorship : Assist in the training of junior team members and end-users on ServiceNow processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and support with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and SAM modules.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development (Scripting, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices related to ServiceNow.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and data migration.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
