Job descriptionPartner directly with founders on strategic initiatives across operations, marketing, and product development Drive cross-functional projects from ideation to execution - from product launches to supply chain Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions Manage key stakeholder relationships including vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies Coordinate between teams to ensure seamless execution of founder-led initiatives Build processes and systems that scale as we grow from startup to market leader Own special projects ranging from content strategy to supply chain optimization Fresh graduate (0-1 year experience) Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and first-principles thinking approach Quick learner who thrives in ambiguity and can connect dots across diverse domains Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights Excellent written and verbal communication - you can draft customer emails and investor decks with equal finesse High agency individual who takes ownership and drives results without constant supervision Passionate about longevity science, health-tech, or D2C brands (bonus if you're our customer!)
