About the Role :
We're seeking an experienced Offshore Sales Development Representative with a proven track record of selling services to US and international clients. This role requires someone who can independently prospect, qualify leads, and book meetings with decision-makers in competitive B2 B service markets. You'll be working remotely in an offshore capacity, representing Nyxa Labs to potential clients across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to US, UK, and international service buyers via cold calling, email, and Linked In
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target companies seeking service-based solutions
- Articulate Nyxa Labs' service offerings clearly and compellingly to C-level executives and department heads
- Schedule qualified discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team
- Manage full sales cycle for smaller accounts and service packages independently
- Research industries, companies, and key stakeholders to personalize outreach effectively
- Navigate complex organizational structures to reach budget holders and influencers
- Handle objections professionally and position Nyxa Labs against competing service providers
- Maintain detailed activity logs and pipeline updates in CRM systems
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings, opportunities, and pipeline contribution
- Work effectively across US / UK business hours (flexibility with time zones required)
- Provide market intelligence and feedback on prospect pain points and competitive landscape
- Build long-term relationships with prospects through consistent, value-driven follow-up
Required Qualifications :
3+ years of proven experience in offshore sales or SDR roles selling B2 B services (not products)Demonstrated success selling to US / UK clients from an offshore locationPortfolio or track record showing closed deals, meeting quotas, and revenue contributionExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with neutral accentStrong understanding of B2 B service sales cycles and consultative selling approachesExperience navigating enterprise organizations and multi-stakeholder decision processesSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environmentProficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho) and sales toolsComfortable working in US / UK time zones (evening / night shifts as needed)Resilient personality with ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levelsStrong research skills to identify ideal prospects and personalize outreachMust-Have Experience :
Proven experience booking meetings with Director-level and above decision-makersTrack record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotasExperience selling services such as : IT services, digital marketing, consulting, development, or similarDemonstrable success stories or case studies from previous rolesReferences from previous employers confirming performancePreferred Skills :
