Job descriptionLead, mentor, and manage a team of Web Ops executives. Set priorities, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of all website updates and deployments. Build and maintain SOPs for website operations, QA, and release cycles. Conduct regular performance reviews and skill-building sessions. Oversee day-to-day operations across Shopify and Magento websites. Monitoring key site metrics including ATC, CTR (banners), Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV etc. Ensuring the web & app are kept up to date with; correct offers, updated banners, new in products / brands, regularly updated category pages. Doing extensive research, A / B tests & competitive analysis in the areas of product assortment, pricing strategy, promotion strategy, placement & positioning on the platform Using analytics to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey to optimise sales, measure performance & define strategy Monitoring conversion of key landing pages to improve where necessary. Collaborate with Tech / product teams to resolve bugs, implement features, and optimize the platform. Ensure SEO hygiene-redirects, metadata, URL structures, and page-level optimization. Prior experience (4 yrs+) in website operations with an agency / D2C brand / E-Commerce platform Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills Exposure to SEO best practices and CRO tools.
