Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Pune. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, streamline processes, and ensure organizational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, allocating resources, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining quality standards. The role also involves addressing operational challenges, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring adherence to company policies and objectives.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills

Expertise in process optimization, resource allocation, and operational planning

Proficiency in project management tools and techniques

Must have experience in Primary Research , Market Research

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Understanding of business operations and familiarity with consulting or data services

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

Experience in the research or consulting industry is a plus
