The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training programs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring a positive work environment. The HR Manager will collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and objectives. Qualifications Strong experience in recruitment and selection Excellent employee relations and performance management skills Knowledge of labor laws and compliance Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Experience in the education sector is a plus
