WE ARE HIRING – Reservations Associate -

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Reservations Associate  to join our team in Goa. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless booking processes and delivering outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee the reservations process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely responses.

Coordinate with operations, front office, and concierge to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Handle guest inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and special requests with professionalism and care.

Monitor occupancy trends and assist in optimizing revenue.

Implement and maintain reservation systems and procedures.

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support promotions and pricing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience :

2–4 years of experience in reservations, hospitality, or property management.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Familiarity with booking systems and revenue management is preferred.

Compensation :

Competitive salary around ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience.
