About the Role
We are looking for a versatile Motion Graphics Designer with strong graphic design and UI / UX capabilities to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will blend creativity, design sensibility, and technical skill to produce visually compelling static and motion content for multiple platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a mix of brand storytelling, marketing campaigns, product videos and digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content, including promotional videos, teasers, product demos, event coverage, webinars, and training content.
- Design and develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
- Create static creatives such as social media posts, digital banners, presentation visuals, infographics, and brand collaterals.
- Contribute to UI / UX design projects, assisting in the creation of intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces and layouts.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure all visual deliverables align with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Stay updated on design, video editing, and social media trends, applying innovative approaches to improve output.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance creativity and streamline design and editing workflows.
- Participate in client or internal meetings to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual communication.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and timely delivery.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, and graphic design.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD (or Figma for UI / UX work).Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and static design (UI / UX or digital branding work is a plus).Solid understanding of motion design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.Strong storytelling skills with an eye for visual aesthetics and user experience.Excellent time management, attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Descript, or Midjourney).Understanding of web and app interface design, wireframing, and prototyping.Basic knowledge of brand strategy and digital marketing principles.Benefits Benefits

Requirements
Qualifications : 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD) Portfolio showcasing strong expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and some graphic design work. Solid understanding of motion design / animation principles and video editing practices. Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently meet deadlines. Creativity and a strong sense of storytelling across both design and video content. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
