Sr. Manager / Manager – Human Resources . This role requires someone who can lead end-to-end HR functions, with a strong focus on

talent acquisition, performance management, and operational HR activities to support organizational growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead

Talent Acquisition across levels : sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure the right talent fit.

Performance Management Cycle : KRA setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.

attendance, payroll coordination, grievance redressal, and exit processes .

HR policies and SOPs in line with best practices.

HR dashboards, MIS, and reports to support decision-making.
