MindSnack is building the fastest way to learn real-life skills in 10 minutes.

We’re looking for someone who isn’t just a “marketer,” but a creative growth engine — someone who can think, script, produce, and ship scroll-stopping content every single week. This is a fully on-site role because we move fast, collaborate constantly, and create a lot. If you prefer remote or slow-paced environments, do not apply.

What You Will Own

1. AI Video Creation

Produce short 5–12 sec videos using AI tools (Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Midjourney, etc.)

Turn still images into motion content

Create UGC-style ads that feel native to TikTok / Instagram

Iterate fast based on performance

2. High-Performance Ad Creatives

Build Meta / TikTok-style ads with strong hooks

Write punchy, emotional, psychology-backed lines

Develop new creative angles every week

Maintain consistent MindSnack brand style

3. Growth Experiments

Work directly with the founder daily

Analyze which creatives win and propose new ones

Reverse-engineer trending ads

Test variations quickly and learn fast

4. Content Repurposing

Turn scripts, quotes, and insights into multiple video concepts

Build a creative bank for upcoming campaigns

Convert one idea into multiple styles of ads

Who Will Succeed Here You should be :

Highly creative (non-negotiable)

Smart with storytelling + hooks

Strong with AI video tools

Obsessed with short-form content

Fast with output (10–20 creatives / week)

Able to work independently without babysitting

Have good taste and understand US-style content

Required Skills

Runway / Pika / HeyGen experience

Midjourney + prompt creativity

Short-form video editing

Copywriting (strong English)

Understanding of TikTok / Instagram native content

Ability to ideate constantly
