Role Overview :

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic and target-driven Sales Representative to join the HOPE team. You will be the front-line ambassador for our brand in your assigned territory, responsible for growing sales through distributor relationships, retail and institutional partnerships, product demonstrations and territory development and ensure consistent sales growth.

Requirements & Skills :

• Proven sales experience (1-3 years preferred) — ideally in healthcare, orthopaedic products, medical devices, rehabilitation aids or FMCG with field sales.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, independent with willingness to travel.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with multiple stakeholders (distributors, retailers, healthcare professionals).
• Basic business acumen : ability to analyse your territory, competition, market gaps.
• Good organisational skills : manage pipeline, visits, reports and follow-ups.
• Graduate degree (preferred); additional qualification in Life Sciences / Marketing is a plus.
• Willingness to learn about orthopaedic support products, their applications and customer benefits.
