POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a visionary AI Specialist to lead the integration of artificial intelligence across multiple facets of our organization. From improving internal processes to creating AI-powered customer touchpoints, you will be instrumental in building scalable solutions that increase operational efficiency, optimize guest engagement, and elevate brand performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate operational and guest-facing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-led transformation.
- Design and deploy AI agents to prequalify leads generated via inbound channels such as calls, WhatsApp, email, and web forms.
- Collaborate with marketing and web development teams to create AI-driven recommendations for website optimization, content layout, and user journey personalization.
- Implement AI tools to automate design workflows, generate creative assets, and support campaign development.
- Develop and manage AI-powered marketing automations for audience segmentation, content personalization, performance forecasting, and lead nurturing.
- Integrate AI solutions with platforms like CRM, booking systems and customer communication tools.
- Build dashboards and predictive analytics tools to support leadership decision-making.
- Launch pilot programs, assess ROI, and scale successful AI applications across departments.
- Stay abreast of AI trends, hospitality tech innovations, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Train cross-functional teams on AI adoption, promoting a data-informed and innovation-led culture.
- Ensure all AI solutions are compliant with data security, privacy, and ethical standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing AI or machine learning solutions.Strong track record of building conversational AI agents or bots (e.G., for WhatsApp, web chat, or voice).Proficiency in AI frameworks (e.G., TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP, automation tools, and relevant APIs.Understanding of web architecture, UI / UX principles, and AI applications in CRO and content strategy.Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or other marketing automation platforms.Experience working with CRM and other hospitality-related platforms is a plus.Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and hospitality.Why Join Us?
