About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead and manage our early years program at our prestigious Cambridge School in Pune. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of early childhood pedagogy aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and support pre-primary teachers to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.

Plan, implement, and evaluate the Cambridge early years curriculum.

Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.

Organize teacher training sessions, workshops, and curriculum planning meetings.

Monitor student progress and maintain academic and administrative records.

Coordinate with parents and management for smooth academic operations.

Ensure the overall development, safety, and well-being of students.

Requirements :

Graduate / Postgraduate with Early Childhood Education / B.Ed / Montessori certification.

Minimum 4–6 years of teaching experience in Pre-Primary, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordinator role.

Experience in Cambridge or international curriculum preferred.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Passionate, creative, and nurturing attitude toward early learners.

Requirements

Essential : Bachelor’s degree in English (B.A. English, or equivalent) – Master’s preferred. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teacher‐training qualification. Adzuna +2 Adzuna +2 Fluent command of English (spoken and written); ability to motivate and engage students. Good classroom management skills, creativity in teaching, ability to use teaching aids / ICT tools. Familiarity with CBSE curriculum for Grades 5-10, understanding of students’ developmental needs at these levels.
