Service Line- Risk Advisory

Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Industrial Trainee to join our finance team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for candidates who have recently cleared their CA Foundation (2025) or have cleared both the groups and are looking to build a career in the financial services sector.

We are looking for Industrial Trainee for 9 - 12 months

The objectives of the program include :

• To provide hands-on industry experience to students.
• To identify and nurture potential future employees.
• To support ongoing projects with fresh perspectives and enthusiasm
• Each trainee will be assigned a mentor for guidance and performance tracking.
• Assist in Concurrent Audits of financial institutions, including banks and NBFCs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in Concurrent Audits of financial institutions, including banks and NBFCs.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during audit cycles.

Assist in remediation of control deficiencies and track progress.

Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirement

Qualifications :

Cleared CA Foundation in 2025 ; candidates who have cleared both groups of CA Intermediate will be preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

Internship or article-ship experience in audit or financial services is a plus.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle).
