Job description

Description : We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (P2P Functional Lead) to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will lead solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial modules ensuring seamless Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations and alignment with business objectives.

Employment Type : 6 Months Contract (extendable)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial modules in line with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to analyze existing processes and translate business needs into functional solutions.
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion modules such as Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses.
  • Ensure smooth integration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, coordinating with technical teams for timely defect resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including functional design, test cases, and user manuals.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and automation within financial operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver system enhancements aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide user training, support, and knowledge sharing to strengthen system adoption and operational effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Experience : Minimum 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, with hands-on experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules.
  • Modules Expertise : Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses.
  • Tools : FRS (Financial Reporting Studio), Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle Cloud FIN suite.
  • Domain : Billing, Revenue Management, and Finance Operations.
  • Soft Skills : Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Qualification : Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
  • Preferred : Oracle Fusion certification and prior project leadership experience.
  • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with Procurement and Inventory modules.
  • Industry exposure to manufacturing, retail, or logistics.
  • Familiarity with system integration tools and reporting analytics
