- Days : Monday–Saturday (6 days in office). 2nd Saturday off.
What you'll do
Write platform-native scripts (15–90s) for Reels, Shorts, YouTube Shorts, Stories.Deliver ready-to-shoot scripts + scene plans / shot-lists and concise captions (English + Hinglish).Collaborate with creative producer, director, editors & creators to execute festival campaigns end-to-end.Convert briefs, product provenance, and community DMs into story-led campaign ideas.Iterate on hooks based on performance data and feedback; quick A / B style testing of openings.Assist on-set as script lead during shoots and help shape edit notes.Must-haves
2–5 years writing short-form video scripts or ad scripts (agency, D2C, or creator background).Portfolio of 6–8 short scripts or reels (must include at least 2 ready-to-shoot scripts).Strong sense of rhythm for 0–3s hooks and 15–30s narratives.Comfortable writing in Hinglish + English and adapting tone for festivals / rituals.Able to convert ideas into concise shot-lists and edit notes.Nice-to-haves
