Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Technology, Operational Excellence, and automation. This role is an individual contributor position, requiring a self-starter who can drive initiatives independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in LEAN methodologies, process optimization, and AI / LLM technologies with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Apply LEAN methodologies to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Leverage AI / LLM technologies to design and implement innovative solutions in operational processes.
• Partner with stakeholders across levels to align objectives, negotiate priorities, and co-create AI / LLM use cases that deliver measurable business impact.
• Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates effectively to leadership and peers.
• Solve complex business challenges through structured problem-solving and data-driven analysis.
