[Immediate Start] Senior Manager - Bank Distribution

ROLE PURPOSE

We are hiring for the role of Regional Head - Banking Distribution. This is a people manager role reporting to the vertical head of Bank Distribution.

The Regional Manager is responsible for strengthening and managing relationships with banks, addressing any issues, and collaborating with their teams to ensure mutual success. The role involves promoting value-added services (VAS) and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth while managing merchant churn. Additionally, the manager will lead and motivate the sales team, set performance targets, and oversee employee performance to retain top talent and minimize attrition.

THE RESPONSIBILTIES WE ENTRUST YOU WITH

• Manage Bank Relationships : Strengthen and manage relationships with banks, resolve issues, and collaborate with their teams.
• Lead, Manage, and Retain Talent : Set sales targets, lead and motivate the sales team, manage employee performance, and reduce attrition.
• Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Drive Revenue and VAS : Promote VAS products, cross-sell, and implement strategies to drive revenue and Manage merchant churn.

WHAT MATTERS IN THIS ROLE

Experience : 10 to 12 years in sales management in payment / billing app industry

Qualification : Post-Graduate / MBA from Premium Institutes & B Schools will be preferred
