What We'll Bring : Dynamics of the Role

This position is responsible for the overall Engineering management and implementation of the TransUnion enterprise environment that includes what we refer to as Digital Workplace. This includes management-level accountability and responsibility for the engineering services that inc lude office network, Wi-Fi / mobility, Audio visual / conferencing services and printing / fax solutions end user devices at a global scale within Engineering. The environment includes engineering and strategic management of the above solution that are associate facing. This position will support and collaborate with the IT Services Architecture and Operational teams in all associates facing initiatives within the Digital Workplace domain. This is a technical lead engineering role that will be hands on technical lead as well managerial oversight to shape the transformation of end user compute.

oTechnical Engineering Team with focus Office Network, Audio Visual, Conferencing Printing, Wi-Fi and Mobility supporting the overall global associate facing environment with over 20000 endpoints.

oLead the team to support and maintain devices that are in line with compliance and regulatory requirements.

oLead and Deliver all Engineering initiatives is responsible delivery across Office WAN (Wide Area Networking), WIFI, Printing / Fax, and Audio-Visual Solutions.

oWork closely with Architecture, Operations Team, and Service Desk to build an end-to-end team to build and define a 3-year strategy for TransUnion’s Global Digital Workplace domain.

oPlays an integral role in building and enhancing Office infrastructure in terms of robustness, scalability, availability, capability, and efficiency.

oWorks with Vendor Engagement Engineering and Delivery. Conduct regular reviews with partners as appropriate and manage overall Vendor management responsibility.

oBuild and support global solutions, addressing business needs and priorities. Managing the day-to-day Engineering of the engineering functions with the Digital Workplace domain.

oManage teams responsible for delivering the services estate throughout the enterprise environment for Digital Workplace.

How You Will Contribute

oManage the Digital Workplace Engineering team that will be enabling and deploying the solutions that align with Architecture Design

oDecision maker in the Digital Workplace infrastructure design and selection process and oversee execution.

oAlign and foster Associate device needs, working closely with Procurement, Architecture and Operations team to build domain roadmaps implementations and deliver solutions.

oProvide value-added solutions for business, both tactically and strategically

oProvides technical leadership, hands on development by inspiring your teammates to think creatively as they deliver high quality software solutions.

What You'll Bring :

What You Will Bring oBachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.oExceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.o8-10 years of experience of EUC engineering domain o5+ years management experience managing a dynamic staff consisting of both internal teams and outsourced teamso5+ years of experience in complex office environmentoKnowledge of both Windows and MAC OS, SDWAN, Wi-Fi and Audio-Visual Conferencing solutions.oKnowledge of M365 Platform and Microsoft W365 Remote Desktopo5+ years' experience in enabling End Point solutions working closely with Architecture team on strategic direction in a global environment.
