IAM Engineer

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Implement and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions within WTW.
• Support and administer Identity tools such as Entra ID and Active Directory including account / group management application deployment and troubleshooting authentication issues.
• Implement and maintain IAM solutions including Single Sign-On (SSO) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Troubleshoot identity-related issues and incidents to resolution.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud and identity management solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and identity management.
• Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and identity management.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on teamwork and communication.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g. ISO 27001 GDPR).
