Job descriptionWorking with a team of 4-5 ISU FICA Functional Consultants Handling of Incident and Change Request Familiar with SLA Working with deadlines Co-ordination with Offshore team and interaction with Customers Delivery within budget
Candidate should have work experience of at least 1 Support / Maintenance Project and at least 1 Development Project as ISU FICA Functional Consultant.

- Dunning
- Payments (including Cash Desk and Returns)
- Account Determination
- Settlement / Clearing Rules
- Collection Agencies
- Write-Offs / Value Adjustments
- Refunds
- Security Deposits
- Instalment Plans
- BRF+ Dunning will be an added advantage
- Life Cycle of an Open items
- Payment Plan Knowledge
- Tax
- Knowledge of Batch jobs
- Knowledge of Interface to Payment Gateways
