We are expanding rapidly and seeking experienced US IT Recruiters who can engage with job seekers across the U.S., understand their technical backgrounds, and onboard them onto Leversol’s career management plans.

Role Overview

As a US IT Recruiter (Sales Division) , you will act as a bridge between Leversol and U.S. job seekers.

Your goal is to communicate effectively, understand candidate profiles, and sell Leversol’s personalized job marketing and placement services.

This role demands strong communication, knowledge of U.S. staffing processes, and the ability to close candidates with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and engage with U.S. job seekers via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and job boards.
  • Understand each candidate’s technology stack , visa status (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC), and market readiness .
  • Present Leversol’s career marketing & placement plans and handle all candidate objections with confidence.
  • Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and CRM on a daily basis.
  • Work closely with the marketing (bench sales) team to ensure candidate onboarding and successful placement.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and revenue targets .
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates to create referrals and repeat clients.
  • Report performance metrics and progress to the management team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years experience in US Staffing / Bench Sales / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition .
  • Strong knowledge of US IT industry terms — C2C, W2, 1099, End Client, Implementation Partner, Vendor, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication (neutral or US-accent preferred).
  • Strong understanding of visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC) and contract hiring models .
  • Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close .
  • Comfortable working in U.S. time zones (EST / PST) .
  • CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
  • Preferred Background

  • Experience as US IT Recruiter, Bench Sales Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist , or similar.
  • Prior work with consultancies / staffing firms handling U.S. candidates or clients.
  • Confident in outbound communication, objection handling, and consultative sales.
