- Emergence Container Technologies (Cloud Infrastructure) – tools enabling modern DevOps, observability, and secure cloud performance

Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced investment professional to join our team as a Senior Associate or Vice President . This role partners directly with firm leadership across all stages of the investment process—sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio company growth. You’ll play a key role in identifying and acquiring high-quality software businesses while helping shape the operational playbook that scales them post-acquisition.

Source, evaluate, and execute software acquisition opportunitiesBuild financial models and perform detailed valuation analysesManage due-diligence processes and coordinate with advisors and sellersSupport transaction structuring, negotiation, and closingCollaborate with portfolio company leaders on post-acquisition strategy and executionContribute to internal sourcing programs and market development initiativesQualifications
2–3 years of Investment Banking experience2–4 years of Private Equity or Growth Equity experience (software focus preferred)Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentGenuine interest in building and operating great software companiesCompensation
Cash Compensation : $300,000–$600,000 (base + bonus)Equity / Carry : Participation in long-term carry programs (DAW), aligned with seniority and performance.
