Job Title : Senior Financial Analyst - Operations (Commercial Real Estate)

Experience : MBA required with financial modeling experience

Location : Hyderabad

Job time : 2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM

Type : Full-time, Work from Financial Modeling : Build and maintain financial models and perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate property and fund level financial returns and asset disposition opportunities. Communicate results to leadership.

Budgets / Forecasts : Develop and assess property budgets and forecasts.
Financial Analysis / Reporting : Report and analyze financial results vs. budget / proforma / prior year
Financing liaison : Develop relationships with financing partners and prepare documents to adhere to debt covenants.
Ad hoc / Automation : Provide ad hoc decision support to the Operations and leadership team as needed.

Preferred Personality Profile :

Strong financial modeling experience

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proactive and analytical mindset

Meticulous attention to detail and a track record of high accuracy.

Effective planning and organizational abilities.

Qualifications Required :

MBA in Finance

Minimum of 2-3 years of financial modeling experience (including valuation and return calculations) with a commercial real estate firm

Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel) and financial software applications Preferred

Experience with Commercial Real Estate software such as Argus.

Preparation of CRE property budgets and forecasts and knowledge of debt service covenants

Understanding of accounting principles.
