Objective of the role :
A Social Media Director is a senior-level marketing professional who develops and executes a company's overarching social media strategy to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate conversions.
Location : Mira- Bhayandar

Role & Responsibilities :
- Create comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience needs, and brand identity.
- Oversee the development and scheduling of content, including images, videos, and written posts, across various social platforms.
- Build brand recognition, identify target audiences, and foster community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns for product launches, events, and other initiatives to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, using data insights to optimize strategies and improve performance.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and platform changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and PR teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall business goals.
- Create, curate and manage social media content, including text, audio, visual and multimedia formats.
- Monitor social media trends, including developments in design, applications, strategy and innovation to stay relevant and effective.
- Hire and supervise talented creatives, including Freelance Writers and Graphic Designers, and coordinate their activities to achieve social media campaign objectives.
- Track social media campaigns’ key performance metrics to maximize results and report progress to management.
Skills and Qualifications :
20+ years of experience in managing social media accounts for a business for hotel / hospitality / service industry.A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for creating compelling content and interacting with audiences.Ability to interpret social media data and make data-driven adjustments to campaigns.Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and potentially content creation software.
