Legal Associate

Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Associate to support our legal and operational functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing documents with legal terms, managing end-to-end contract workflows, and coordinating with other departments such as finance to ensure seamless contract execution and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, review, and edit contracts and other legal documents
• Maintain accurate records of contract status, including follow-ups, signatures, and storage
• Generate monthly reports on contract activity and status updates
• Liaise with and support internal departments (e.G., finance, procurement, operations) to gather inputs and ensure alignment on contract terms
• Track key contract milestones, renewals and expiration dates to ensure timely actions
• Ensure all contracts are in compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Maintain and update the asset register, including both physical and software assets
