Job Description :

1. Developing compliance mechanisms and international markets involves planning how to structure and implement these mechanisms effectively across different regulatory environments.

2. Planning real estate activities encompasses identifying project timelines budgeting resources and coordinating legal requirements for acquisitions leases and disposals.

3. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies across all jurisdictions.

4. Collaborate with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders to strategize and resolve legal issues efficiently.

5. Ensuring that contracts are implemented according to their terms monitoring performance and taking necessary actions in case of deviations or issues.

6. Overseeing the entire litigation process from initial case assessment to resolution whether through negotiation mediation arbitration or court proceedings.

7. Analyzing regulatory requirements and developing compliance mechanisms involves assessing legal frameworks understanding the implications for operations in different jurisdictions and identifying gaps that need to be addressed.

8. Reviewing contract terms conditions and performance metrics to assess compliance identify risks and recommend improvements or amendments where necessary.

9. Evaluating legal claims assessing potential outcomes and strategizing approaches for resolution.

10. Leading the development and growth of the legal team by providing mentorship guidance and opportunities for professional development.
