Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Manual QA Engineer

with hands-on experience in

AI-based testing tools

or

AI-assisted quality processes . The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good understanding of software testing fundamentals, and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve test coverage and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

manual testing

of web and mobile applications.

Create and maintain

test plans, test cases, and test scenarios .

Execute

functional, regression, integration, UI / UX, and smoke testing .

Use

AI-driven tools

for test case generation, bug prediction, or test automation assistance.

Log defects clearly and track them to closure using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and project managers to ensure quality delivery.

Participate in

requirement analysis

and identify test dependencies.

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes with AI insights.

Required Skills

1–3 years of strong experience in

manual testing .

Good understanding of

SDLC, STLC , and testing methodologies.

Experience with AI-based or AI-assisted testing tools (ANY of the following) :

ChatGPT / Gemini for test case generation

Testim.io

Mabl

Functionize

AI-enabled defect classification tools

Hands-on experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have

Basic understanding of API testing (Postman / Swagger).

Familiarity with SQL queries for data validation.

Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Playwright) is a plus.

Understanding of version control (Git).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
