Job description

We’re looking for a  sales-driven operator  to join the and help scale client acquisition. You’ll get  ready-to-go, high-intent B2B lead lists  — companies that already match our target profile — and your mission will be to  convert those leads into paying clients .

You’ll work directly with the Founder, experiment with new outreach tactics, and help build a predictable sales engine from the ground up. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who loves chasing leads, closing deals, and learning business strategy along the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the  entire B2B sales cycle  from outreach to closure
  • Run  personalized outbound campaigns  via email, , and calls
  • Work on  high-quality lead lists  curated by the Founder and partnerships team
  • Identify client needs, tailor pitches, and  convert qualified leads into meetings and deals
  • Use sales tools like  HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, and Instantly  to track and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to  ensure smooth onboarding and handoff

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in  B2B sales, business development, or startup founder’s office  roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — especially in  cold email and outreach
  • Hands-on experience with  CRM and automation tools  (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, etc.)
  • High ownership mindset — you chase leads, follow up, and close independently
  • Data-driven and proactive in testing messaging and improving conversion rates
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience selling  professional services, recruiting, or marketing solutions
  • Comfort with  international client communication (US, UK, Singapore, ANZ)
