SOLUTION ARCHITECT – PEOPLE PORTAL / SAP SUCCESSFACTORS

Lead the development and integration of enterprise-wide HCM solutions, focusing on system architecture, design, and innovation to support and enhance

business processes and customer experiences with specialization on workforce management.

ROLE DESCRIPTION GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Offer deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors suite (incl. EC, Recruiting, Recruitment Marketing,

Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation & Variable Pay, Succession & Development Planning)

and configurations to drive targeted business outcomes for HR and other functions

configuration options into functional business decisions

of trade-offs to decision-makers collaboratively

based on industry best-practice, Enterprise Architecture principles and technical design standards

from configuration and testing into operations

anticipate potential for business impact and to facilitate evaluation and selection of new solutions

requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
