Job Description :
The Sr. Executive – Sales Support & Execution (IBD) will be responsible for coordinating global sales operations, ensuring timely order execution, and supporting business development activities for international markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support international sales team in order processing, documentation, and dispatch coordination.
- Manage customer communication for samples, quotations, and shipment updates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Logistics, QA, QC, and Production) to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain and update sales data, forecasts, and customer databases.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales summaries, and market performance trackers.
- Assist in tender participation, contract documentation, and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with export documentation and country-specific requirements.
Key Skills :
Strong coordination and communication skills.Knowledge of export documentation and international trade (pharma sector).Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Attention to detail and ability to work under timelines.
