Tramp India is a growing travel brand delivering seamless travel experiences, curated itineraries, and exceptional service to explorers across India. We are expanding our internal sales team and are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable travel sales executive to join our office team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound travel queries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable domestic packages (special focus on Himachal, Kashmir, Meghalaya, Goa, Uttarakhand, etc.).
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations based on client needs.
- Convert leads to bookings while maintaining strong follow-ups.
- Coordinate with operations, hotel partners, transport team, and vendors for pricing and confirmations.
- Maintain CRM entries, lead pipeline, communication logs, and booking details accurately.
- Maintain relationships with repeat clients and ensure smooth post-booking service.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Skills & Requirements :
Minimum 1 year experience in Travel Sales / Travel Coordination / Package SalesStrong knowledge of domestic destinations and travel productsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsComfortable with lead follow-up and closing salesKnowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and CRM toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlinesCustomer service mindset and problem-solving attitudeSalary & Benefits :
