About the Role

This role requires an experienced Enterprise Architect with a minimum of 15 years managing end-to-end project delivery. You will lead architecture strategy, project recovery, and team management across multiple geographies, ensuring smooth execution and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership – Define and oversee digital solution architectures, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.
• Project Recovery & Stabilization – Identify and resolve core issues in struggling projects, implementing strategies to restore stability and drive success .
• Technical Expertise – Lead decision-making on mobile applications, frontend, backend, and full-stack development , ensuring best practices are followed.
• Team Leadership – Manage and mentor distributed teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
• Client & Stakeholder Management – Engage proactively with clients, translating technical challenges into business solutions , and ensuring seamless communication.
• Escalation Management – Handle escalations with a structured approach, coordinating quick resolutions and smooth project delivery.
• Continuous Improvement – Apply insights from past projects to enhance process efficiency, team performance, and resource optimization .
