Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following position based in their Mumbai Office.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Becoming a part of a high performance team
Driving the organizational strategy to ensure continuous improvement in operations team through process, people, and quality
Taking complete ownership of driving efficiency program
Contributing to making a positive difference in the customer service and exceeding client expectations via strong operational rigor and delivery. Also ensuring that all compliance and regulatory requirements are met and maintained as per required standards
Being bold in thinking and bringing innovative solutions to any barriers faced through the first 3- 6 months, you will be actively supported by your peers to help understand the ways of working
We will count on you to :
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop and implement process design strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project objectives.
Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Utilize project management methodologies and tools to plan, execute, and monitor project activities.
Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
Facilitate process improvement workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics, and provide recommendations for further enhancements.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in process design, continuous improvement, and project management.
What you need to have :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in process design, continuous improvement, and project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma / Lean methodologies and tools is highly desirable.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the insurance domain is an added advantage.
