Durable Medical Equipment A / R Lead

About the Role :

The Senior Process Associate – AR (DME Billing) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) clients. The role requires handling claim follow-ups, denial management, payment posting, and resolving outstanding issues with insurance carriers to ensure smooth cash flow.

Location : Mohali (On-Site)

Experience : 2–4 years of experience in AR calling / DME billing process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle insurance follow-up calls to resolve pending or denied DME claims.
• Analyze denials and rejections;

initiate re-billing or appeal processes as required.
