About the Company :

We are a forward-looking energy company focused on building world-class Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) from 100 kW to 5 MW scale for utility, commercial & industrial applications. Backed by Massimo Batteries, we are investing in cutting-edge energy storage innovation and are looking for a dynamic Technical Lead to help us build and scale our product roadmap.

About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design, architecture, and integration of BESS solutions (5 kW to 5 MW) - Oversee battery pack selection, PCS integration, EMS / BMS design, and thermal management - Collaborate with vendors, EPCs, and certification bodies (UL, IEC, BIS) - Create system specifications, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings - Conduct sizing and modeling using tools like HOMER, MATLAB, PVSyst - Guide pilot installations, FAT / SAT, commissioning, and field testing - Build and mentor a growing engineering team

Qualifications :

B.E. / B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Systems - 8–15 years of experience in ESS / BESS / renewable project development - Strong understanding of lithium-ion chemistries (LFP / NMC) - Proven experience in PCS, EMS, SCADA integration - Familiarity with IEC 62619, UL 1973 / 9540 standards - Excellent communication and vendor management skills

Preferred Skills :

PMP or relevant project management certifications - Prior experience in MW-scale ESS commissioning
